These policies are valid as of June 6, 2013.

Review/Giveaway Policy

Reviews are conducted based on my experience with the product. I require a full size product (where applicable) in order to get the complete experience and write a thorough review. I am not responsible for shipping costs. Review items must have a minimum value of $25. I cannot guarantee a review for items that I have a particularly negative experience with. I only share products that I feel will be good for my readers. If I am having a negative experience with your products, I will contact you and let you know my concerns. Products will not be returned.

If you'd like to include a giveaway with the review post, that is always preferred. Review posts including a giveaway get more traffic and are such a fantastic way of spreading the word about your business to potential customers. Living As We is not responsible for prize shipment. Prizes must have a minimum value of $50.  I am also open to hosting a Giveaway on its' own. Please contact me to discuss this option further.

I am available for Sponsored Spotlight Posts as well. This is the perfect option if you aren't interested in a sponsoring a review or a giveaway. Please contact me to discuss this option further.

For book reviews, I only accept paperback copies, hardcover copies, or bound galleys (proofs or ARCs) of books for review.

All review and giveaway posts include links to your site, links to your social media profiles (Twitter, Facebook, Pinterest), my own photographs (unless otherwise discussed) and promotion across my social media (Twitter, Facebook, Pinterest, Google+).

Giveaway Entry Policy

All entries will be checked, please don't cheat!

I am not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen items.

Prizes must be accepted as rewarded.

Entrants must be be 18 years of age or older, unless otherwise stated.

Canadians have to answer a mathematical question in order to receive their prize.

Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, and all other social media networks have no association with any of my giveaways, and cannot be held liable, for ANY reason.

I reserve the right to delete entries of those caught cheating, without warning.

I choose all winners via Random.org (often hosted by Rafflecopter) unless:

    the giveaway is sponsored and the publicist/author chooses the winner(s)
    the winner is for the first/best comment/entry
    the individual giveaway rules state otherwise

Entrants are expected to read the terms and conditions of each individual giveaway, before entering. By entering you accept these terms and conditions.

By entering, you agree that your information will be shared with the sponsor in the case of you winning, for prize shipment purposes only.

Odds of winning are determined by how many entries are received.

Winners are notified by email and have 48 hours to respond otherwise they will be disqualified, and a new winner will be chosen. This process will repeat until a winner has been confirmed, after which the winner will be displayed on the entry form (first name, last initial).

***NEW** To avoid comments being marked as spam when leaving a comment as an entry, entrants are required to leave a minimum 2 sentence comment. Any spammy comments will be deleted, and entries disqualified, without notice. ***
